Mr. Vinayak Lohani Founder-Secretary and Head B.Tech, Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur and MBA from Indian Institute of Management Calcutta. Founded and developed Parivaar from scratch in 2003 and has led it to its present position.
Mr. Nimai Saha Director, Operations Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University. Served Parivaar for last 8 years and contributed towards its growth and development till present level. Mainly looks after Operations and HR.
Administrative functions
Mr. Somsankar Dutta Head of Accounts Department. Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University. Served Parivaar for the last 7 years and has been responsible for Accounts, Costs, and Costs Vigilance.
Mr. Suvankar Kar General Administrative Executive Graduate in Commerce from Calcutta University. Served Parivaar for the last 5 years and has been responsible for Administrative matters.
Parivaar Sarada Teertha (Girls’ Residential Institution)
Ms. Sandhya Nag Superintendent, Parivaar Sarada Teertha (Girls’ Residential Institution) Graduate in Humanities from Calcutta University. Leading lady-staff of Parivaar and Head of Girls’ caretaking. Served at Parivaar for last 8 years and set up operational practices for caretaking of resident girls at Parivaar. Also mentored and trained all the female staff at Parivaar.
Mr. Gopal Das Co-Superintendent, Parivaar Ashram Sarada Teertha (Girls’ Residential Institution). Served Parivaar for last 7 years.
Parivaar Ashram Boys’ Residential Institution. This institution is managed on a day-to-day basis on a group-based supervision approach. The lead group, called the ‘Control Desk’ comprises of the following key members:
Mr. Sekhar Sardar Served Parivaar for 8 years in Boys’ caretaking function.
Mr. Sanyasi Pal Served Parivaar for 5 years in Boys’ caretaking function.

Mr. Sanat Biswas Administrative In-charge, Amar Bharat Vidyapeeth. Graduate in humanities from Calcutta University. Served Parivaar for last 6 years.
Mr. Subhendu Sarkar Overall Academic Mentor Postgraduate in English from Burdhaman University. Responsible for coaching teachers, researching and implementing new pedagogic approaches, curriculum planning, and implementing other best practices for learning and teaching.
Infrastructure & Maintenance
Mr. Jayanta Sanati Served Parivaar for 6 years in Infrastructure and Maintenance function. Supervises all new construction and responsible for overall maintenance of buildings, machineries, and equipments.

Mr Vinayak Lohani (Founder, Secretary & Head), conceptualized the formation of the Parivaar Sevavratee Leadership Team that engages with important decision-making processes (both operational as well as strategic) and also be at the centre of the consensus-generation and harmonizing among all important stakeholders of the organization in the times to come. The Leadership Team is being empowered to play significant role in long-term custodianship and stewardship of the organization.

This category of Seva-vratees consists of those persons who are in charge of a whole functional area / department in the organization’s operations. Each one of them has a group of persons who work in their department and thus these persons are in positions of leadership, whereby they have to do planning, execution and control for their team. This group has emerged from persons who have not only shown tremendous dedication to, and assimilation of the ideals of Parivaar but are also moreoless life-long workers of Parivaar. Each one of them ensures that the persons under their supervision deliver in the best possible way what is expected of them, and thus ensure the carrying out of Day-to-Day operations in the most efficient way. Additionally and very importantly these key persons also carry out the mentoring process for any new workers in the organization. As role models to all the other workers of the organization they play a very important role in maintaining and strengthening the ideals of service in the organization. Since most of them have seen Parivaar grow to the present level they are very important in development, perpetuation, and communication of organization’s history and ideals to the newcomers and thus play an extremely crucial part in development of a rich culture and self-identity of the organization in the minds of all concerned. We can therefore, say that each one of these persons is a pillar of Parivaar, not only crucial in the present state of operations but, more crucial, very important for actualization of growth possibilities of the organization. It is indeed on the basis of such highly dedicated, capable and life-long devoted workers that enables us to take a long-term view of our plans and formulating means of their unfolding.
